What you get…

Private: One check in each week (30 minutes). These appointments allow for accountability, troubleshooting, strategy building as well as answering questions about nutrition and exercise. All check ins are done by Zoom call or phone.

Group: Weekly group Zoom meetings to assist with building community, accountability and Q&A.
