There are many known health benefits to fasting. But fasting for women is a bit more of nuanced conversation. In this 90 day program, you will work your way through the Fast Like a Girl book while putting fasting into action. No worries, you wont be fasting every day or extreme lengths of time. You will also have access to a group coaching call every Saturday morning from 8:30-9:00am CST to help you celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges as well as receive and provide support to the rest of the fasting community.
The fasting group experience is for you if you need:
Help re-writing your relationship with food.
Have digestive discomfort, food allergies or struggle to balance your blood sugar.
Bounce from diet to diet with mixed results.
Knowing what to eat, but struggle taking action.
You are in peri-menopause or menopause and are putting on abdominal fat tissue.
This fasting group is not for you if:
You have a history of a diagnosed eating disorder.
Are unable/unwilling to track your calories and macronutrients. (You need this information to help you develop a sustainable way of eating that does not create uncontrollable cravings and hunger. I can’t help you troubleshoot without this information either.)
Coaching:
Coaching sessions help you set relevant goals and actionable and sustainable plan.
Most people find that a 30 minute session every 2-4 weeks for 3-6 months helps keep them on track.
