What is “gentle” yoga? Think of it as yoga poses specifically chosen or modified in a way to help you rest and recover from living a life well lived. There are no handstands here, only simple poses that will help you move through life with grace.
Stress management and physical movement is vital for a healthy digestive system. Yoga covers both of those bases.
