This group is for anyone looking to learn about restoring balance to their digestive system. Restoring balance can take a while and the journey can feel confusing, lonely and overwhelming. This group is filled with people on the same journey as you and can be a plethora of information and resources to help you keep going when the journey gets tough.

All meetings are held through a Zoom call. This is a free offering to current health coaching and abdominal massage clients until the end of 2020.

• Detox in various ways.
• How to cook delicious soups and stews.
• How to ferment various foods.
• Strategies for navigating family gatherings and eating out at restaurants.

• How to maintain a healthy mindset around food.
• Balance your blood sugar.
• How to manage heartburn.
• Strategies for remedying constipation and diarrhea.  

 
 
 

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring pen, pencil, and notepad.

Bring a coachable attitude.
